Eastside is an exploration of light in motion.

Inspired by the changing colours of the sun from dawn to dusk, this painting was created to evolve alongside the natural daylight.

As the morning light fills the room, hidden layers begin to emerge, revealing subtle reflections and a full spectrum of warm tones. As evening falls, the composition becomes quieter, leaving the glowing sun as the focal point.

I wanted Eastside to feel alive, changing with its surroundings and inviting a new experience throughout the day.

Painted with rich, layered textures, this original work is designed to bring warmth, depth and a sense of calm to an interior, making every passing hour reveal something new.
